Start with 70 bookings per calendar month for free. Paid subscriptions and licences are currently offered to operators registered in Czechia; clubs abroad can start with Free. Player card payments require a supported country and a verified club payment account. Card payments for Ukrainian clubs are not yet supported; the calendar, bookings and member management remain available.
Start with the resources people actually reserve
List the facilities available for booking and choose clear names for each one. Set operating hours, pricing and reservation rules before publishing the calendar. Check combinations that matter to your venue: members and visitors, busy and quiet periods, blocked time and normal opening hours. The online calendar should match the way the venue operates.
Keep daily operations and administration connected
A booking calendar is one part of club management. Membership fees, payment records, cancellation conditions and financial exports also affect daily operation. Curteo brings these areas into the same club environment, while member and administrator roles determine what each person can access.
