Sports club membership and annual fee management
Annual membership and individual facility hire answer different questions. Membership records show whether a player has met the club's membership conditions; reservation records show when they are using a court. Curteo helps keep both views together without treating them as the same payment.

Start with 70 bookings per calendar month for free. Paid subscriptions and licences are currently offered to operators registered in Czechia; clubs abroad can start with Free. Player card payments require a supported country and a verified club payment account. Card payments for Ukrainian clubs are not yet supported; the calendar, bookings and member management remain available.
Define what a paid membership includes
Before setting up a season, decide which facilities and periods are covered by membership. Record the membership fee and the relevant payment status. Where configured, a paid member can book covered facilities free of charge. Players without the required membership pay the applicable venue tariff, rather than automatically receiving member access.
Give members a clear view of their club account
Members need an understandable view of their own reservations and club information. Administrators need wider access to manage facilities, membership payments and the club's rules. Set up the correct roles and review the experience of both a member and an administrator before inviting the full club. This helps avoid confusing reservation access with administrative permissions.

Does paying membership always make every booking free?
No. Free access depends on the rules configured by the club. Define the covered facilities and applicable membership conditions; reservations outside those conditions use the relevant tariff.
