A reservation is easier to manage when its payment status is visible alongside the booked session. Curteo connects the club calendar with configured payment methods, prepaid credit and cancellation records so administrators can understand what was booked and what was paid.

Start with 70 bookings per calendar month for free. Paid subscriptions and licences are currently offered to operators registered in Czechia; clubs abroad can start with Free. Player card payments require a supported country and a verified club payment account. Card payments for Ukrainian clubs are not yet supported; the calendar, bookings and member management remain available.
Make the payment journey clear before confirmation
Show the facility, session and price before a player confirms. Guests booking without an account pay online during the booking flow. The club needs a correctly configured payment account to accept online card payments. Confirm the payment setup and test the full visitor journey before sharing the public booking link.
Set cancellation and refund conditions in advance
Publish cancellation rules that explain the fee and timing. When a booking is cancelled, the supported refund method may involve club credit or returning a card payment, depending on the transaction and club settings. Card processing time depends on the provider and bank. Existing invoices retain their original currency even when the interface language changes.
Questions about Curteo
Is a card refund the same as club credit?
No. A card refund returns money through the payment provider. Club credit is a balance for future use at the relevant club. The cancellation flow should show the applicable option and any fee before confirmation.
