Recurring court bookings and regular club sessions
A club calendar often combines individual reservations with a regular weekly session. Repeated bookings should remain understandable at the facility level, with the correct dates, time and responsible member. Curteo includes recurring reservation tools alongside its daily sports booking calendar.
Start with Curteo ↗Availability for your club
Start with 70 bookings per calendar month for free. Paid subscriptions and licences are currently offered to operators registered in Czechia; clubs abroad can start with Free. Player card payments require a supported country and a verified club payment account. Card payments for Ukrainian clubs are not yet supported; the calendar, bookings and member management remain available.
Plan a series around real facility availability
Decide which facility, day and time the repeated session needs before creating a series. Check the available dates and review any exceptions such as holidays, maintenance or club events. A recurring booking is useful when it reflects the actual season; it should not hide dates on which players cannot use the facility.
Review booking and cancellation rules for a series
Clarify who may create a recurring reservation and how each occurrence is handled. Review the series in the calendar after saving and make sure the reserved sessions match the intended schedule. Membership access, pricing and cancellation conditions still matter for regular bookings, just as they do for one-off sessions.

Yes. Review the actual occurrences, facility and times in the calendar, including any dates affected by closures or existing reservations, before treating the series as confirmed club availability.
